Welcome to Global Minds Psychology, located in the vibrant city of Melbourne, Australia. While our roots are firmly planted in Melbourne, our reach extends globally, offering inclusive and diverse psychological services.

Global Reach, Local Touch
 

At Global Minds Psychology, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide support to clients worldwide, with a particular focus on Asia. Due to insurance restrictions, we do not work with clients currently located in North America. However, we are continuously expanding our services to meet the needs of our diverse client base across the globe.

In-Person Appointments
 

We understand the importance of in-person consultations and are committed to providing these opportunities. While we predominantly provide online treatment,

we also travel to regions across Asia to provide in-person treatment, under a hybrid model. 

​

At present, Brydan travels regularly to Vietnam and Indonesia, and in 2025 will also be travelling to Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Nepal.

In addition to our primary locations, we can arrange in-person sessions in other areas based on demand.

Locations

 

While we would like to work with clients in every country, there are some important considerations: 

​

1. Many countries regulate the psychology profession, and the title of 'psychologist' in different forms (which they should!). Therefore, the location of the client will determine whether we can work with them, dependent on the regulations there, and whether we have yet gained registration.

​

2. We work ethically, which means, ensuring that we have professional insurance. We are insured to work with clients globally online and in-person, except for the USA and Canada.

​

3. We choose not to work in countries where laws exist that criminalise homosexuality. While LGBT people living in these countries are likely at greatest need for support, we do not want to place our clients at risk of harm. We may consider working purely online with such clients, but will not work in-person.
